As a Community Accountability Officer, my daily routine allows me to leverage my strengths in the field of Community Development. I represent Associated Bank in Green Bay, Fox Valley, North and Central WI, La Crosse, Rochester MN, and other non-metropolitan WI communities. I am responsible for putting into action Associated Bank\'s Community Commitment Plan, and this requires me to work across all business lines and the community to ensure we\'re doing much more than simply complying with regulatory requirements outlined by CRA and Fair Lending. I am focused on working for a strong corporate citizen, and help connect my community to my bank. I help my bank listen to my community\'s needs. I advocate for, and participate in, positive catalytic projects that impact home ownership, affordable housing, small business, workforce development and financial literacy.
