As an IT Engineer my role is to support the offerings of the Federated Services/Endpoint Management team while being the subject matter expert for all things Apple Macintosh. Implemented the companies first MDM solution, Omnissa WorkSpace One, for macOS management.Implementation of P.A.M solution, One Identity Safeguard, for vCenter access. Implement, support, and maintain corporate systems for managing and supporting over endpoints of both Windows and Mac OS systems in a global infrastructure. These include Antivirus, Encryption, Remote Control, Patching, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, as well as monitoring, reporting, and software distribution systems. Products used for these items include Symantec’s Management Platform, Endpoint Protection, Endpoint Encryption; SentinelOne Advanced Threat Protection; DameWare; Change Auditor; Zabbix; Citrix; VMWare; Omnissa WorkSpace One, Microsoft SCCM, Bitlocker, and administrative tools.
