Founded in Italy, Look Lateral is now an American Company with specialized skills in fintech, alternative assets and innovation. Through our expertise and strategic partners, we leverage cutting edge technologies like smart contracts, blockchain, and liquidity pools to support LL group companies and other B2B partners. Our primary area of expertise is the tokenization and trading exchange markets (now licensed for liquidity pools and peer-to-peer for fractional ownership tokens) for real assets including art, sporting and collectible assets. DEXX is our Swiss subsidiary responsible for the tokenization and trading of asset tokens. We currently list and trade (primary and secondary markets) art, sport (horses) and collectables (art cars). We tokenized our first assets in Q4-2022 and issued our first security token (Reg D and Reg S) in 2018.
