Description: Since joining Eastman in 2004, Bill has been involved in the intellectual property aspects of Eastman\'s realignment of Eastman’s corporate strategy and transformative corporate stewardship and circular economy strategy, and has engaged in patent prosecution, trade secret protection, litigation, dispute resolution, international IP licenses, corporate transactions, risk management, best practices, and more. In 2018, he was named Vice President, Intellectual Property and Assistant General Counsel.
