I’m not here to preserve the status quo, I’m here to question it, pressure it, and, when necessary, dismantle it. I am a leadership-driven disruptor in healthcare and higher education, a strategist who doesn’t just chase metrics but interrogates the systems that produce them. With more than a decade of transformative healthcare leadership under my belt, I’ve led high-performing teams, reimagined operations, and reshaped the way nursing, virtual care, and patient outcomes intersect. I’ve turned compliance into innovation and leveraged chaos into clarity.But don’t let the stethoscope fool you, my reach extends far beyond the hospital floor.I’m a doctoral scholar at the University of Alabama, where my research pulls the curtain back on one of higher education’s most commercially exploited, yet academically underexplored, domains: college athletics. I explore the neoliberal university through the seismic shifts of NIL, the Transfer Portal, and the unraveling of amateurism, scrutinizing how power, agency, and equity play out across the academic-athletic divide. As a former athlete, I don’t just study the game. I’ve lived it. And now I’m reshaping the way we talk about it.I’m drawn to friction, the heat where leadership meets resistance, where innovation disrupts comfort. Whether I’m speaking on the future of virtual nursing, pushing against outdated leadership dogma, or challenging the commodification of the student-athlete, my work lives in the tension between what is and what ought to be.I lead with a blend of Stoic philosophy and Heraclitian awareness, firm in values, fluid in strategy.
