My name is William Waldron and I am a lead data analyst at Nexamp working in our customer experience department. I focus on understanding how utility operations and community solar laws impact our operations and customers. I analyze our operational data using Salesforce, Databricks, and Sigma to put together dashboards and presentations to share with utilities, external partners, and internal leadership.
