Audientis through its Learning by Listening™ process will design a plan to meet client objectives. During the review process, Audientis\' analysts will identify ideas, opportunities, or lapses in protection that may or may not be in conflict with client objectives. Once the objectives of the client are established, Audientis will then implement the plan at the client\'s direction with a comprehensive analysis of the opportunities and transactions available. To achieve this, our analysts review and outline all documents such as: shareholder agreements, loan documents, financial statements, tax returns, wills, and trusts. This process leads to identifying any weaknesses. If and when a transaction does occur, the Audientis team will act on the clients\' behalf to administer all moving parts associated with said transaction. Because we understand the complexity of our clients\' lives, Audientis chief professional objective is to organize and simplify our clients\' lives as much as possible.
