I\'ve guided companies through “Black Swan” events including Covid 19, supply chain shocks, Toys R Us’ bankruptcies in 2017 and 2018, 2008’s global financial crisis and 2001’s dot-com collapse.As CFO and COO at public, private equity owned and private SMBs, I’ve advised or played a leading role in restructurings, capital raises, and acquisitions/disposals of subsidiaries, divisions and brands. Major success stories include:• Restoring IPC’s enterprise value following 2008\'s financial services meltdown. A global RIF, a sale of a non-core business and restructuring $1 billion of debt while investing in new technology culminated with the $1.2 billion sale of IPC in 2015.• Infocrossing’s recovery from 2001’s dot.com bubble. Re-focusing on core recurring revenue, eliminating non-core costs and $300 million in new capital raises to fund strategic acquisitions drove a quadrupling of revenue between 2004 and 2007. Infocrossing was sold to Wipro for $609 million in 2007.
