I supported all international vendors including China, Latin America, and Europe. Component engineering and production ramp up supported throughout all APQP stages to commercialization. Commodities supported are electrical, plastic, all metal forming that range and touch every parent system of the vehicles. Developed SQE supporting organization from scratch along with developing the supply base in full. Key Metrics and Supplier Portal and Dashboard for ongoing performance review and continuous improvement. Responsible for all BIW dimensional variation Process control and metrology labs. Key Achievements Achieved 2.0 6 sigma on first three variants Developed full Dimensional SPC control plan and ID of all metrology equipment to execute both in line and off line activities Developed Launch process from Design, DFM to final launch bridging virtual and E Cube information to modified build specs that incorporate all variation post Design Let full Front End Team to account for all Paint and GA variation Designed new hang fixturing for all Closure components PPAP timing met on all parts. Only commodity group to do so within Lucid Lowest PPM Quality incident rate in company Successfully managed all current AND future APQP program needs for 3 products No commercialization issues on ay of the 1619 parts NO Final shipping quality inspection issues on the 1619 supplied parts. 100% success rate.
