The last five years have been spent at TSB working as lead or sole BA, usually also heavily involved in solution design and managing the business change, on a range of large programmes including,• Design and implementation of purpose-built register of loan collaterals including automated data capture and API integration to separate Loan origination and CRM systems including data migration from old system.• Definition of business rules and support technical design of new data extracts to support supervisory reporting (to RBNZ) for both liquidity and capital management through a new data warehouse.• Building compliant CRS & FATCA compliance programmes including building compliant reporting to IRD and working through re-submission of previous years reporting. • Design and implementation of AML compliant customer linkages to related parties and accounts including migration of old relationships from Core Banking system to CRM as master.• Risk management system upgrade including data migration from the old system.• Transaction Monitoring system replacement from RFP and assessment through to implementation including data migration from the old system.• Setting up a compliant AML programme.
