Key Achievements-Identified 17 service partners to host joint go-to-market events with the goal of driving new clients for their business and Mailchimp. Additionally, to enable current clients to adopt more Mailchimp features-These events yielded 467 potential new leads, 35 discovery meetings and 28 new referrals to Mailchimp -Co-hosted 1 joint go-to-market events by presenting how Mailchimp services and software can help customers improve their business operation, specifically through Mailchimp’s SMS feature-Led bi-weekly partner onboarding webinars with the goal of ensuring long term success in the partner program by enabling partners to effectively sell Mailchimp, expand on their product expertise and grow their client rosters-Developed, centralized, and organized training material and enablement documentation that has been leveraged to onboard new Partner Development Managers as well as BPO Partner Development Representatives-Traveled to Porto, Portugal to conduct in-person training for a team of 11 BPO representatives which included effective partner call strategies, partner lifecycle management and team building activities Role-Manage a set of partners acting as trusted advisor and ensuring their continued engagement with Mailchimp-Develop long-term strategies with partners to help them meet their business and Mailchimp’s goals -Drive joint go-to-market strategies to increase customer acquisition and growth-Build effective relationships with partners to ensure alignment on priorities and goals-Build and manage lead referral pipelines by leveraging Mailchimp\'s channels and assets-Develop and deliver training and enablement materials for managed partners -Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to improve my managed partner’s business-Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success, onboarding, and support-Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
