Accountable for Karr Montney area production, managing field production of boe/d. Field production growth from boe/d to boe/d. Work with the Asset Directors, Reservoir, Drilling/Completions, Land to maintain production targets while optimizing operating costs and optimizing well performance. Develop and support development projects. Propose gathering system changes, debottlenecking projects, MOC, and major facility projects. Evaluated and proposed numerous infield and development projects for the production area, with capital requirements up to Evaluate, recommend, and oversee workover, suspension, and abandonment candidates. Improve production reliability and oversee all Artificial Lift recommendations. Recommend technologies to assist with Wax, Scale and other common oilfield issues. Prepare annual budgets, spring recasts, and monthly production forecasts. Maintain production performance reviews with all levels of the organization. Liaise with the Accounting, Finance, Marketing (nominations/forecasts), Joint Venture and Commercial teams as required. Maintain excellent relationships with midstream partners and propose/evaluate optimization projects such as Dehydration, Compression, Marketing and Facility improvements. Encourage and promote safety awareness with operations and internal stakeholders. Address all regulatory issues as they arise.
