Represent major national creditors in various bankruptcy cases before the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, Middle District of Florida, Central District of California, Eastern District of Virginia, District of Delaware, as well as the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas. These creditors include MidFirst Bank, Ford Motor Credit Corp, AT & T, Copelco Capital, John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company, Deutsche Bank, and PMC Mutual Shares, Inc. Represented clients in a variety of settings including the reorganization of TSG, Inc. before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma; Homeland Stores, Inc. and Homeland Holding Corporation before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware; represented a mortgage loan servicer in the purchase of a $2 Billion loan portfolio in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware; represented a purchaser of substantially all of the assets of a major oil exploration company in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas and large international telephone company in certain antitrust litigation.
