I have been General Counsel of the Legal Department of Liberty Tax since July of 2021. In that capacity, I manage a staff of 7 and oversee the entirety of the Company’s legal affairs, including the Company’s full caseload of nationwide litigation matters. These disputes involve a variety of complex commercial, securities, franchising, tax and real estate matters. In addition to my legal responsibilities, I am an active member of the Executive Management Committee, which is the senior-most business committee responsible for guiding the company through key strategic, business and operational matters.
