As an Edward Jones financial advisor, I believe it’s important to invest my time to understand what you’re working toward before you invest your money. It\'s also important to understand the level of risk you\'re comfortable accepting when investing so we can balance it with the steps necessary to reach your long-term goals.I feel my prior experience in banking and running a small business gives me a holistic perspective to assist my clients in broad aspects of their finances. I have maintained positions as a personal and corporate loan officer, managerial positions in family business and worked as the VP of Lending for a local credit union. I help my clients understand the intricacies of personal finance and wealth accumulation.As a single father, having lost my wife to cancer, I also understand the needs and hurdles of planning for the future and the unexpected circumstances in life. It is necessary that we plan for the future - hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. This applies not only to our personal lives but the market as well.
