Conducting a Six Sigma supply chain management project that aligns the methods used by the Supply Chain Risk and Performance Management team in a standardized process.• Supporting the Command Media technical writing team to ensure document revisions comply with company policies and procedures and implementing necessary changes to align with compliance standards.• Archiving executed special agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, executive summaries, 2246 forms, aging agreements, and other various legal documents in the SharePoint database.• Lead the creation of technical requirements for a statement of work while facilitating communication between a cross-functional team at General Atomics, Aeronautical Systems, and Electromagnetic Systems to assist in the evaluation and selection of a supplier portal software solution.• Standardized an open purchase order follow-up process to better support the collection, management, and application of data between Supply Chain Support Specialists, Buyers, and Suppliers.• Presented an improved addendum workflow between the Contracts and Contracts Compliance teams through a clear Visio diagram and RACI roles and responsibilities matrix.• Refined a process for the Contracts department to store negotiated terms and conditions in a centralized repository that included the retrofitting of 1500 PO packages to reduce excess time spent on platforms.• Compiled an analysis of all active and expired suppliers in the General Atomics database to assist in statuses for cybersecurity compliance certifications.
