I operates across a breadth of sectors, including financial services, marketing, media, leisure and private wealth.My expertise includes: leadership support, crisis communications, whistleblowing, discrimination, unfair prejudice, team moves, investigations, boardroom disputes, incentives, relationship and change management problem solving and every kind of dispute resolution.I am often referred for my understanding of reputation protection, teamwork and the people aspects of transactions and governance. My approach includes offering multi-disciplinary, rapport-based, empathetic solutions expressed in my client’s language and in the context of their needs. I focus on values as much as value.A member of the Employment Lawyers Association, Industrial Law Society, Managing Partners Forum and Association of Partnership Practitioners, I write and train on related issues.I am regularly recommended by the legal directories including that I “attract clients at the highest level”; “stand out for work for senior individuals” and am \"excellent with clients\".I founded the employment group at Campbell Hooper in 1995, becoming partner in 1997, head of department in and board member in 2003. Campbell Hooper merged with Speechly Bircham in 2009. Speechlys merged to become Charles Russell Speechlys in 2014. I joined Wedlake Bell in September 2019 to help lead the team.
