Bill is a financial executive, divisional CEO and consultant with 30+ years of experience serving many industries & driving organic/inorganic growth. His deep understanding of operations, innovation & technology, customer focus, and his expertise in strategic planning, acquisitions/divestitures, business re-organizations, employee safety & fiscal discipline focused on long-term value inform all his work. Bill joined Bimba Manufacturing as Corp. Controller and served in many roles to expand & diversify the company. In his most recent roles of CFO, VP & Director of Finance, and reporting to the President, he grew his staff from 6 to 100+, served as a Board of Directors Member, and as Trustee for the ESOP Plan in the employee-owned company. He drove significant womb-to-tomb acquisition work that reduced core product concentricity from 80% to ~50% from 2007 to 2016 & helped develop an actionable/ consistent integration process for all acquired companies leading to cost savings & improved buying power. The enhanced 2015 – 2016 strategic plan Bill created resulted in initial top line growth. He played a key role in helping Bimba successfully navigate the great recession & realized ongoing incremental improvement/significant savings through operational excellence & innovation. He successfully oversaw all company financials & ESOP audit & ensured accurate financial results reporting. From 2007 to 2017, Bill led 2 of the acquired companies. As CEO of Mead Fluid Dynamics, he improved EBITDA by 2.5X; reduced down-time & achieved a multi-year injury-free record; reduced headcount by 33%; doubled top line sales; maintained the supply chain’s viability & increased purchases, resulting in a 500% increase in sales over the same period. He holds a Bachelor in Business Admin from Loyola University, Chicago.
