ABOUT WILLIAM GILTROW
Using my engaging personality and ability to co-operate with a range of individuals, I have been able to establish myself as an accomplished bid writer since January 2020. My enthusiasm for new topics coupled with my strong work ethic ensures that I am adaptable to any working environment, resulting in my allocation to bids with a short turnaround or more challenging projects. I have worked in Defence, Justice and Immigration and Health successfully throughout my tenure. Throughout my employment I have used the critical analytical skills gained through my MSc Distinction in International Relations. These were illustrated through my word thesis on Welsh Nationalism, which has gone on to be used as an exemplar paper.Additionally, I have worked in Facilities Management and Catering at Mead Open Farm from 2015 to 2020. This part time, public facing role enabled me to develop my inter personnel skills and work ethic in an often pressurised environment.
