Having undergone extensive training as part of my graduate program, this has given me the confidence and structure required to communicate effectively, build relationships, structure a sales process, negotiate and therefore exceed my targets. This experience has provided me with a platform to pursue a career in sales at Softcat as a Network and Security Sales Specialist. The theory and skills I learnt as part of my university degree, aligned with my practical experience of sourcing and selling luxury products in lockdown, accelerated my interest in sales and nurtured my ability to spot and exploit market trends. I have enjoyed being part of a high performance environment throughout my hockey career and the values this has instilled in me are winning, team spirit, high energy, resilience and professionalism. I have experience in both leadership and team roles which has provided me with an inherent understanding of playing my part in delivering excellent processes, in order to deliver results. I thrive in a fast-paced environment, working to targets and KPI’s.
