My weekly task spectrum includes constructing packing schedules and instructions to maintain warehouse equilibrium, aligning with sales demands and fruit quality standards. In addition, I assist with the management of the CMI Import program, manage the pear production category and manage sales projections.At CMI Orchards, we\'ve developed analytical tools to support sales and warehouse management, enhancing transparency and efficiency.
