Over 30 years of increasing responsibility in facilities planning, design/engineering, contracting, public works, real estate, major and minor construction/renovation (including a major theme park), life cycle project and financial/budget management. Recently led highly successful and complex facility, ride/show, and immersive design, construction, and commissioning of a major land within a new theme park in Orlando, FL, over the last 6+ years. Prior to that effort, I led the Integrated Facilities Management operations for over 4 MSF of Class A Corporate office buildings (3 Client owned and 3 leased) including hard/soft services, renovations, minor/major staff office moves, planning, design, energy, and transformation initiatives through global best practices. For the first 26 years of my overall career, I was responsible for overall support and management of Joint, Navy, and Marine Corps Bases up to 3500 acres supporting communities of over personnel. Proven success leading and developing diverse workforce, directing strategic/master planning, life cycle management, and facilities optimization.
