   We do rebar fabrication, I am Head of Quality Control for all of our epoxy coated rebar. I am also the Production Manager and Head Operator for the blasting heating and coating, and quenching processes. The Denver location is the first and currently only Epoxy Coating Plant of all FABco\'s facilities. To say the least, I had to learn a lot of information and try out my own theories to find the optimal settings and processes to put out the most coated rebar possible that still meets all CRSI requirements. So far my major accomplishment has been getting FABco CRSI certified: this was done by understanding all of the material and putting into practice timely and organized testing throughout the day. I also began implementing a self-designed mobile-friendly Quality Control System that is easy to use for anybody at FABco. Some of my goals are to find step by step directions to help future hires to get the job done faster and safer; creating educational resources, and \"cheat sheets\" so that we don\'t have to make the same mistakes twice. I would also like to oversee multiple Epoxy Coating lines, and train multiple teams in effective production procedures. Epoxy coating rebar is a relatively new process that is becoming more popular every year for its benefits in resisting corrosion from environmental factors after install. I’m continuing to dial in our line to have an endlessly tough product throughout the years to come.
