With over 30 years of leadership experience, I have cultivated a career defined by strategic vision, operational excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Specializing in Land Survey and Right of Way, I’ve led cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives across an eight-state region, overseeing critical functions including Land Survey, Land Acquisitions, Land Divestitures, and Land Rights.My experience is grounded in developing and implementing departmental strategies that align people, processes, and technology. I’ve driven organizational alignment through thoughtful resource management—leveraging internal teams and external consultants to optimize efficiency and deliver value to the business. A core element of my leadership approach is the ongoing evaluation of process performance and resource allocation to ensure both agility and scalability.Embracing innovation, I actively explore and integrate emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence, advanced software platforms, and modern equipment—to streamline operations and position teams for long-term success.
