Will Diduck has been in industry for over 37 years and has over 22 years of project specific experience relating to the oil, gas and petrochemical industry. This includes heavy oil upgraders, natural gas processing facilities, olefins, Methanol Synthesis, air separation, vinyl acetate and acetate esters. I Lead and manage specialist personnel to provide a planned, documented and managed systematic approach to the start-up, commissioning and turnover of facilities, systems, and equipment to the end-user, resulting in a safe and functional environment that meets established design requirements and stakeholder expectations. As Director of Commissioning and Completions I am part of the MPIS IS Downstream, and Power leadership team. In this leadership role, as Director of Commissioning and Completions I interact with Worley sites, clients, and offices to ensure successful management of all MPIS functions in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
