ABOUT WILLIAM DICKERHOFF

I’m a seasoned manufacturing and operations executive with more than two decades of experience leading complex, high-volume environments in the automotive, metals, and advanced manufacturing industries. Throughout my career, I’ve built high-performing teams, launched world-class production systems, and driven operational excellence through lean practices and continuous improvement.I recently transitioned from Wico Metal Products to become the Head of Operations for PacSci, a leading defense and aerospace manufacturer. In this role, I oversee all operational functions with a focus on scaling capability, strengthening compliance and safety systems, and advancing manufacturing technologies that support mission-critical defense programs.Previously, as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Wico Metal Products, I led all stamping, robotic welding, and assembly sites. I launched new production facilities, brought machining operations in-house, and strategically diversified the customer base to reduce reliance on legacy accounts. Before that, at Lucid Motors, I led the startup of a greenfield stamping facility and implemented a fully automated press shop with smart inventory and handling systems. I partnered with Body in White teams to increase throughput and contributed to development of the next-generation SUV platform.Across every role, I’ve been recognized for a collaborative, hands-on leadership style, especially in union environments and for building strong cross-functional partnerships spanning engineering, logistics, production, and quality. My passion is solving complex operational challenges and developing sustainable systems that enable long-term growth, resilience, and innovation.
