   Developed a 10-year branch transformation business case justifying a $300M cost incorporating Consumer, Small Business, Lending, Digital, etc. Built the ATM rollout strategy incorporating 600 additional interior and exterior machines to absorb additional transactional traffic, client education, and add additional functionality like multi denomination and large cash withdraws. Proposed Digital Lounge experience including Board/Desk Pros, furniture and construction. Assisted with Lobby Leader tablet rollout plan of units and Tutorial requirement management. Created use cases and applications for smart cameras to monitor wait times, abandonment rates, client traffic patterns and Teammate lobby coverage including dashboard requirements.
