I am a partner with Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP. My practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract, business divorce, and real estate disputes, and compliance matters involving condominiums and cooperatives. I am the Co-Chair of the Climate Change Committee of the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association. I am also an active member of several other Bar Committees, including the State Bar’s Condominiums and Cooperative Committee of the Real Property Law Section, and the New York City Bar’s Real Property Law Committee and Professional Responsibility Committees, as well as a former member (and current adjunct member) of the New York City Bar’s Professional Ethics Committee. I write and speak on a broad range of topics, including the new climate change legislation and attorney ethics.
