About William Criss

I feel that I bring a diverse background to a potential employer. My training goes back to my high school job where I was quickly promoted to a shift supervisor which began my management training. In college, I received a degree in education which I feel enables me to relate to employees as a teaching figure to ensure that proper training is received. While I do maintain an extensive background in insurance, I have also received additional management training during my career and feel that it helps to make me a more well rounded candidateAs a former Lacrosse player (High School/College), I believe in teamwork and I feel that I am able to work with anyone to accomplish a job or task. In my free time, I have served as a radio broadcaster for the Chesapeake Bayhawks of the MLL and have also served as a color analyst for the former Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League. I have also hosted the Baltimore Soccer Report show on the MSI Sports Network for the past three years.

   This position requires interaction with multiple third party administrators and monitoring the resolution of claim files that are filed against Lyft and their drivers. In this role I am required to verify coverage is applied correctly and apply oversight to the liability process. In addition this role requires oversight of high complexity Bodily Injury claims with and without litigation and providing the applicable authorization for resolution along with approving discovery/resolution plans for litigation.
