I knew I needed to “reset” through healthy living and exercise. I raised three children while owning and running my own business for over 25 years and found exercise to be a great outlet.My desire for healthy living led me to pursue my Strength Conditioning and Fitness Specialist certification. I help people (especially busy people) make healthy living and fitness a consistent part of their lives.
