ABOUT WILLIAM CLARK
I am an AIRPM qualified property manager working at HLM Property Management. I have worked in the Property Management sector since 2018 starting as an assistant with Pembroke Property Management, eventually taking on my own portfolio of varied RTM, RMC blocks and a freeholder portfolio. I joined Warwick in 2020 as a Property Manager inheriting a diverse portfolio with a variety of differing clients and requirements. I have recently joined HLM Property Management as a Property Manager focusing on a London based portfolio. I studied LLB Law at the University of Reading obtaining an Upper Second Class. Studying law has proven extremely useful in the Property Management role given the frequent need to review leases, contracts and legislation surrounding the industry that is constantly changing and evolving.
