I\'m a hybrid computational/experimental scientist in the department of Computational Biology at St. Jude Children\'s Research Hospital. My research is a mix of computational and chemical biology, broadly at the nexus of drug discovery and cancer - and its exploitation using high throughput screening and big data approaches. I develop computational tools for these purposes using machine learning and statistical modeling, and generate data using various \"wet lab\"/bench techniques.I\'m focused on a couple of large-scale projects involving methylation and drug combination data.
