Worked with a team on provisioning Virtual machines and user issues within a specialized application for finance. Resulting in client success and streamlining process. • Was tasked in creating a new team of 5 and gathering information to be the “subject matter experts” on 12 new programs. Created a uniformed repository of knowledge and training videos. • Was in charge of scheduling trainings with collaborators from all over the world for SQL trainings, Azure devops, and various other programs. • Managed and maintained user identities within SQL, our own Identity program, granting access to databases, and engagements. Provisioning user rights and responsibilities. • Created multiple spreadsheets to compile data from different sources to streamline time spent. • Created a “cheat sheets” excel file to write sql injections for databases, by choosing which level and entering in the users GUID. • Assisted with the rollout of the new MacBook pro systems with users.
