Manage oversight of securities lending for the U.S. Funds and ETFs. • Oversight of performance and reporting for more than 100 mutual funds. Ensure timely and accurate production of materials such as shareholder reports, prospectuses, fact sheets and other marketing materials.* Compliance monitoring of Municipal Term Preferred Shares.• Work closely with Portfolio Management, Product Management and Marketing to answer performance and attribution questions that arise as well as develop a deep understanding of the needs of these business partners in order to prioritize requests and enhancements.• Supervise production of monthly performance reports reviewed by fund boards.• Conduct peer and competitor analysis using vendor-based applications.• Administer monthly Disclosure Controls and Procedure meetings for Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.• Assist in the design and implementation of policies and procedures.• Responsible for all annual contract renewal / bonus performance material.• Oversight of quarterly fund fact sheet production.• Work with Investment Technology group to develop and integrate technology solutions to enhance our performance reporting and analysis tools.* Adhoc project management.
