Responsible for the day to day operations of the entire business, Grew the business from one business unit to five successful complimenting business units. Units include Network Cabling, Fiber Optic / OSP, Data Centers, Audio Video, Physical Security, Network Services). This model allowed us to take more responsibility of our entire project and capture more revenue from one customer. Involved in driving growth threw hard work and the constantly reinventing the business. Motivating people and creating reward systems. Concentrating on making the business and process extremely efficient through software and business dashboards so that everyone is aware of the business and its efficiency\'s.
