By temperament and background, I\'m a journalist whose work has appeared in media outlets such as the Washington Post, New York Times, and Los Angeles Times. In my current role, I lead the communications team at a nationally prominent school of management. My general approach is to bring a journalistic sensibility to institutional communications, with a focus on storytelling that engages broad and diverse audiences. I also teach nonfiction writing at Boston College. In my leisure, I write about rock music and the consolations it can bring.
