About William Bossong

Bill has more than twelve years of public accounting, consulting, and software development experience with an emphasis in financial institutions and SEC registrants. These services include due diligence projects, Day 1 valuations, Day 2 loan accounting, Allowance for Loan Loss consulting and software implementation, and Current Expected Credit Loss (“CECL”) consulting and software implementation. He is a Co-Founder of a proprietary suite of software solutions, ValuCastTM, that assists companies with the various services outlined above. Bill currently serves as the CEO of Valuant. In his role as CEO he leads the Company in strategic initiatives to include but not limited to product development and delivery, business development, and consulting services. Bill is part of the core team to build and deliver our software as a service (SaaS) platforms to include the ILM model as well as our CECL offering. Since inception of Valuant, Bill has led the Company in launching our first SaaS platform line of business as well as our Recognition and Measurement line of business in addition to continuing to assist in growing our Day 1 and Day 2 lines of business. Bill has worked closely with various entities to include leasing companies, insurance companies, mortgage companies, and broker dealer/investment companies throughout his career. Valuant currently serves over 60 bank on an annual basis ranging in size from $300 million in assets to over $35 billion in assets. Prior to founding Valuant, Bill was a Shareholder in the Financial Institutions Practice of a top 30 accounting firm.
