I am a veteran of the United States Armed Forces. I have 18 years of experience as a state/federal probation officer. I am a graduate of the Federal Leadership Development Program, a three year program, and I am a Certified Speaker/Trainer/Coach with the John Maxwell Team, the Founder\'s Group. I have presented leadership training to various organizations over the last several years and look forward to assisting any individual or organization in developing personal and professional growth by teaching, coaching, and training on the principles of leadership.
