I am an equity shareholder and trial attorney for the Chicago law firm of Johnson & Bell, Ltd. where I have practiced since 1978. I concentrate my practice in the defense of product liability cases, employment-related litigation, ERISA cases, TCPA litigation (both individual and class actions) and health insurance lawsuits (both individual and group claims). I have also defended product manufacurers and premises owners in asbestos-related litigation, including numerous mesothelioma claims.

In addition, I handle product liability claims for designers, manufacturers and sellers in a wide range of industries from heavy equipment to electronics and scientific instruments. I also defend product manufacturers and premises owners in asbestos-related litigation. I am a member of the State and Federal Bars of Illinois, Colorado and Arizona, as well as numerous federal courts throughout the country.
