Responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank\'s Compliance Management Program->Plan, organize, and oversee the Bank\'s day to day compliance activities in all lines of business->Participate in and coordinate various committees, audits and examinations->Supervise a top-notch team of compliance professionals including BSA/AML, CRA, Fair Lending, Deposit Compliance, and Lending Compliance->Responsible for bank-wide training program->Reports to the Enterprise Risk Management Officer->Advises Senior Management and Bank personnel of emerging compliance issues and consults and guides the Bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks->Ensures department activities run smoothly and efficiently by providing leadership, training and supervision->Coordinate and oversee all independent audits performed by outside audit firms->Develop annual risk-based audit schedule ensuring that those areas with greatest potential risk receive appropriate audit attention->Work with department managers to make improvements and resolve any violations or operational deficiencies found in audit reports->Oversee and coordinate the residential quality control function.
