Business PartneringAct as a strategic partner to Zonal Business Heads and area Managers to align HR practices with business goals.Provide guidance on performance management, succession planning, and workforce productivity.Support managers in handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Handling recruitment strategies, HR analytics, and employee lifecycle management with the team of 3 executives.
