I am an experienced banking and finance lawyer, having advised financial institutions, sponsors and government departments on the legal aspects of complex transactions.I am currently supporting the Trade Finance and Receivables Finance department of a global bank. I have worked on a number of high profile project finance transactions, including a number of IWP, IPP and petrochemical projects. Example transactions include Project Liwa, a $3.6 bn petrochemical complex, two High-Speed rail projects in the EMEA region, and the restructuring of Sadara, a very large petrochemical complex in Saudi Arabia. In addition to my transactional role, I have supported claims/ disputes, procurement and IBOR transition projects.
