I am an instructor of wine classes of up to 40 people at Total Wine & More. I talk about the different regions that wines come from as well as the varietals and the wine making techniques that are used within these regions. I am also on the sales floor when classes are not in session, helping people find the next wine that they are going to love. On the sales floor I have achieved great success in exceeding our sales goal of 50% winery direct wines by a 5-10% increase vastly outperforming other stores within our region.
