On several occasions from 1998 to the present, I have been a Visiting Professor at the University of Cagliari (UNICA) law faculty in southern Sardinia, Italy. My visits have ranged from two weeks to four months, and I have taught a range of courses. Most recently, I have taught International Development and Information Theory (2008), Comparative Human Rights Law (2009), and Comparative Aspects of Federalism (2012).
