Working across several different teams and transformations, Will has led the implementation and adoption of variety of agile ways of working ranging from simple scrum-based ceremonies to full adoption of SAFe including Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Lean Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE). As part of the support, he identified and tailored the approach to suit the context and needs of the situation, applying a continuous improvement mindset of allowing teams to trial and adapt to get the best results. A key aspect of several of these scenarios has been the use of Agility Assessments to establish were the biggest opportunities and capability already exist.
