I am IT Professional Services Specialist who has vast experience in the business world. I am reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and meticulous. I am also a team player who thrives on new challenges. I now work for Telefónica Tech UK & I developing innovative Commercial Solutions as part of the Bid team. I have worked for Capita IT Enterprise Services and Capita Managed IT Services for 9 years, as a Solutions Manager dealing predominately with large complex pre-sales projects and a Solutions Architect in the Information and Infrastructure Solutions, Business, BSF and Academies team. Prior to that I worked for Northgate Managed Services as a Lead Server Installation engineer for C2K. I have worked as the Proprietor of my own company, Practical Office Solutions for 3 and half years, Technical Administrator for the Foyle Language Centre for 18 months, and a further 9 months as a Technical Support Representative for HP Computer Corporation.
