Bill brings 30 years of financial and executive management experience. He has founded, owned, operated, financed, served on the board of directors, and been an executive for a broad array of media and technology businesses including: electronic media measurement of Cable TV, print media, broadband Cable and Satellite television distribution technology, electric vehicles, the San Diego SuperComputer Center, and nuclear power. He has spent a career bridging the gap between Finance and Sales & Marketing as a five-time CEO and as a CFO. As a CEO, he has raised over $50 million of capital investment. He has been a member of the US Bank Regional Board, was a past President of the World Trade Association of San Diego, former member of the board of a number of other trade organizations, and was a Commerce Department appointee to the San Diego District Export Council in the late 1980’s.
