I am an entrepreneurial Executive business leader. Before embarking on an entrepreneurial journey, I gained plenty of experience working in operational and senior leadership positions within the MEP construction industry. I am regarded as a commercially driven professional and have a solid reputation for identifying opportunities, commercial strategies and generating significant income. I am passionate about development and derive satisfaction from coaching and teaching across all organisational levels with an emphasis on lean coaching. I am experienced in sitting on National Boards such as ECA, Select, SJIB and Board of Management at Technical Colleges Now open to Non-Executive Director opportunities, I am interested in conversations with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing) companies in the construction industry and organisations within the commercial sector. MEP companies would benefit from my understanding of how to Present tenders, estimate enquiries and build supply chains, initial engagement with new clients and how best to present bids and secure work. With regards to training, I would look to leverage my expertise in the MEP contracting world from initial enquiry to Final Account negotiation, identifying commercial opportunities and how to make money from MEP contracting and advising on how best to train young engineers and quantity surveyors.
