1. Global Cyber Defense and Engineering Project Manager

   May 2022 — Present

   Manage a project portfolio for a global industrial company to build the security program internally, migrating from outsourced services, enhance cyber engineering processes, operations management, and increase capabilities, and manage a $15M budget. Coordinate with a team and work with vendors and subject matter experts on tool selection. Align with the Global Cyber Engineering & Defense Director and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to execute vision and strategy for identity management, and cyber security roadmap. Present to senior executives to obtain approval for funding projects and operational needs. Key projects: Endpoint Detection & Response capability, a SIEM solution, Threat Vulnerability & Remediation management, and transitioning to a new ServiceNow. • Increased transparency into increasing threats by implementing a new SIEM solution with integration into ServiceNow and a Security Service Catalog to set metrics, workflows, and group management. • Streamlined the new ServiceNow instance by enhancing group management, developed dashboards for managing operations and providing metrics, and lead the effort to build service catalog for Cyber Security services. • Expanded operational coverage by leading startup and launch of the two new Security Operations Centers (Cyber Fusion Centers) in India and South Dakota for 24/7 support.
