In addition to his real estate and development expertise, his leadership adds experience and tailored solutions to clients in various verticals including Food, Agriculture and Beverage (FAB), Waste, Transportation, and Marinas.Will has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from The National Alliance. Prior to joining Lockton, Will launched his insurance carrier as a Partner and Shareholder at Insurance Alliance. Joining forces with his father, Rock Houstoun, Insurance Alliance sold to Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) as their first acquisition into the Middle Market space. While also spending time at The University of Texas, Will graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. In his spare time, Will enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
